convenient parking spacious apartment sized kitchen dirty balcony dirty ashtray unbothered staff
the location was excellent, it was under three minutes walk to porth beach. parking was very close and convenient. the apartment was spacious and tidy with an open plan living area and a very good sized kitchen. the equipment was minimalist but enough for a few nights stay. the dining area could accommodate six people.
the balcony had not been cleaned when i arrived. there were old leaves and dirt from the gutters. i spoke to staff at the hotel regarding this, but they did not seem bothered.

friendly staff heated pool convenient parking
The staff were friendly and helpful (especially the barman!). The heated outdoor swimming pool was a delight even in October. I also appreciated the convenient parking on site. it was a quick walk to both the beach and local shops.

a nice Getaway
soft towels serene sleep pure bliss
The apartment felt generous and looked contemporary. It provided a sanctuary for a tender escape. I found an ample supply of towels, so soft and comforting. The beds invited deep, serene sleep, I awoke refreshed, eager to embrace the day with you.
The balcony needed some tender care. I noticed old leaves and dirt, a little ashtray sat there, all tarnishing the space.

The villa looked clean and well appointed, it offered a perfect base for exploring. The villa was spacious and modern. I found the heated pool essential to our family holiday.

I found staff support friendly and accommodating, they were ever-present to help with all our needs. The staff seemed great with the kids, showing care that heightened the experience, particularly during breakfast at the restaurant.

The heated pool stood as a fantastic amenity, the kids enjoyed it , irrespective of the weather. They swam nearly every day. I noticed the hotel had board games in the lounge, providing many chances for fun.

large apartment spacious rooms
i really like the accommodation was close to porth beach. our apartment was large and it had what we needed. the rooms are spacious, and there was a tv in all of them.
the two bed house was ok. the balcony had some problems because nobody cleaned it. i saw old leaves and dirt, and this was dissapointing.

The location was convenient. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The balcony wasn't clean. It had old leaves and dirt. i also found a dirty ashtray. i told the staff about this, but they did not seem concerned.
